Basically…go with Brain Pad (my personal one) if you like stiff double-mouthguard and bigger breathing channel or Shock Doctor (another good one) if you like a softer single-mouthguard that only covers the upper row and a small bit of the bottom row. Our leather and mesh shoes are extremely lightweight and the patented ankle technology provides support second to none in the industry. It’s basically a low-cost, low-top, good thin lightweight boxing shoe.
