We blend this beer from oak barrels where the beer has been aging for 12 months or longer. Toasty, nutty, and caramel notes will tantalize the palate while abundant hoppiness, reminding you of northern pine forests & tropical citrus groves. Sour Ale with Strawberries brewed in September 2014 and spent 1 year 3 months in oak barrels. A nice crisp malt profile, deliciously juicy body and an overall beautifully balanced beer. We blend this beer from oak barrels where the beer has been aging for 12 months or longer.
